In 2022, Patockas, a family-owned gastropub, was established with a shared vision between a father and daughter, along with the active involvement of other family members.

From the beginning, Patockas has been renowned as a unique dining experience, combining the elements of fine dining within a vibrant bar setting. The establishment prides itself on offering upscale cuisine prepared by the highly skilled and esteemed chef, Kip Cruz. With a diverse menu that includes daily specials and a range of options, from elaborate sandwiches to Michelin star-style entrees, Patockas caters to a variety of culinary preferences. Reflecting its Czech and German heritage, the name Patockas pays homage to its origins, while the menu showcases a delightful fusion of Portuguese, Czech, American, and Mexican flavors.
